Camille Lafayette is a Research Analyst at the Research Alliance for New York City Schools. Camille is interested in issues of access and persistence in higher education, with a focus on improving outcomes for disadvantaged populations. At the Research Alliance, Camille leads survey design and administration efforts for studies including our evaluation of the Expanded Success Initiative and the NYC Department of Education’s InnovateNYC Ecosystem.

Prior to joining the Research Alliance, Camille helped design a system to measure and track the development of non-cognitive skills for at-risk youth for the 52nd Street Project, a theatre arts programs in NYC’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood.

Camille holds an M.P.A. with a focus on policy analysis from the NYU Wagner School of Public Service, and a B.A. in sociology with a minor in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
