Patricia Chou staff photoPatricia Chou is a Co-Data Manager at the Research Alliance for New York City Schools. At the Research Alliance, Patricia contributes to management of the Research Alliance’s data archive and provides statistical programming and data analysis to a number of research projects. She approaches public policy research with a community-based perspective grounded in her background as a community organizer and educator.

Previously, Patricia worked as a Technical Research Assistant for the Family Well-Being and Children’s Development policy area at MDRC, where she contributed statistical programming, data management and analysis to randomized controlled trial evaluations of programs targeted at improving maternal and infant health, early childhood education and family dynamics in low-income families. She has also worked as a community organizer in New York City and as a program coordinator and bilingual teacher of children and adults for the MET Family Literacy Program in Providence, RI.

Patricia holds a B.A. from Brown University in Public Policy and American Institutions.
